To Whom it May Concern:

We were and I repeat were seller's in Tucson, AZ trying to get our house sold.  We thought we listened well to our Realtor for all his comments on selling our home.  We tried everything from the usual open house to baking bread & cookies every time we had a showing.

After 6 months we had to relocate to another state.  Our Realtor and I then discussed staging our home.  After a lengthy process of interviewing we chose Phyllis Schulman.  WOW!  Is all I can say.  We were so impressed when the house was finished.

The furniture, mirrors, pictures, plants, etc. all looked like they were new and purchased for our home.  Even the bathrooms had slippers and hanging bath robes.  If we had been moving to Tucson instead of leaving we would have purchased this home.

Within 3 weeks of staging our home we received our first offer.  Needless to say our house sold for more money then expected.  My biggest regret in leaving Tucson will be in the future, that is when we will be selling our current home and won't have the ability to have the house staged by Phyllis Schulman of WOW!

 Sincerely,

To Whom it May Concern:

WOW!  That's al I can say.  I had my home listed in MLS for 1 year with no offers.  After I reviewed most of the feedback and talking to my Realtor I decided to have my home staged.

I hired Phyllis Schulman of WOW.  What a professional.  My home looked like it should have been in one of those professional decorating magazines.

Within 30 days I had multiple offers.  I sold my home for a full price in the heat of the summer and supposedly in a buyers market.

Phylis, I cannot thank you enough!

Sincerely,

To Whom it May Concern:

This year I was so furnunate to find "WOW" an incredible find with Phyllis Schuman at the helm!

In this crazy world of real estate it was so refreshing to turn over the entire process of staging to a professional such as Phyllis.  I use her exclusively and find that each project is always done with taste, style, and great attention to detail.  Each home is complete when promised, meticulously detailed, and I get to hear the "oohs and ahhhs" of both the seller and the clients as the home "sels itself".

In addition to the initial set-up Phyllis checks the home at least once a week to make certain that all is fresh and my favorite......she makes the homes smell great!

I stand behind her work 100% and feel free to call me if you have any concerns or questions....

To Whom it May Concern:

I recently used "WOW" staging and home enhancement services by Phyllis Schulman for my own personal residence, and I would highly recommend her services!

Phyllis was very professional, and staged the home in a very timely manner.  As a Realtor with 28 years experience, even I was impressed on how much nicer the home showed after the home was staged.  The home sold in 6 days for almost full price.

After the feasibility period was satisified, and an appraisal was completed we had all the furnishings removed from the home.  The lender for whatever reason then decided that they would need a second appraisal.  The second appraisal came in at a value of $30,000.00 less than the 1st appraisal (and sales price).  The lender eventually agreed to use only the 1st appraisal, but it's possible that the home staging by "WOW" might have contributed to a higher value.

Sincerely,

Vinny Yackanin  (Realtor)

To whom it may concern:

In a lifetime of moves (19) and dealings with sales people, this is the first time we have written a letter of appreciation on behalf of anyone.  We have written letters in the past, but unfortunately it has all been the negative side.

Our experience has been that of unfulfilled promises.  We have had a house or 2 staged in the past.  This time was different.  We met Phylls Schulman through our Realtor.  We were impressed when Phyllis said that she had a warehouse with furnishings and accessories for multiple homes, however we have heard this before.  This usually means that they rent furniture from a rental company with a warehouse.  We asked to see this warehouse.  We're we surprised to find out not only was there a warehouse loaded with household goods, but the furniture looked like it was new and of quality.  When Phyllis stated she used Marge Carson, Henredon, and other high end brands, she was'nt kidding.

We hired Phyllis and the rest went like clockwork.  Phyllis told us our staging date and time she would show up with her movers.  That day we had some rain.  We expected a delay or cancellation.  Neither happened.  Phyllis showed up right on time with furniture and accessories that were absolutely gorgeous.   The house never looked this good when we lived in it.  It looked like someone hired a decorator and spent tens of thousands to furnish and decorate this home.

I forgot to tell you the best part.  We got only 1 showing in 2 weeks.  We sold our home to the first person who came into our home.

Thank you Phyllis Schulman of WOW!  We can't thank you enough for doing such a gorgeous job on staging our house in Tucson, AZ
